Meetings

General Membership Meetings

The final membership meeting of the Spring 2024 semester is scheduled for Wednesday, May 1 at 12pm on Zoom. PTFA’s treasurer will present the annual budget for approval, and the new bargaining team will be introduced. Register here!

Policy Board

The USF PTFA Policy Board meets to discuss union business the first Tuesday of each month at 12:00pm. Contact officers@usfptfa.org for information on how to attend. See the full list of Policy Board members on the Contact Page.

Executive Committee

The USF PTFA Officers meet most Tuesdays at 12pm to conduct union business. These meetings often deal with sensitive or confidential subjects and are not generally open to members. If you have a pressing issue you would like to present, contact secretary@usfptfa.org.

Organizing Committee

PTFA’s Organizing Committee is responsible for the union’s outreach and communications efforts. The next meeting is scheduled for April 9 at 10am. Register here or write officers@usfptfa.org to get involved.

The Organizing committee will host a member outreach tabling event on Thursday, March 28 from 11am-2pm at Gleeson Plaza on the main campus. Stop by to introduce yourself and learn more about getting involved with your union.

USF Workers United
Members of on-campus unions meet bi-weekly to share information about issues facing workers at USF and to figure out ways to work in solidarity.

The group meets every other Tuesday at 9am. If you would like to attend a meeting or join the group, contact officers@usfptfa.org.
