Meetings
General Membership Meetings
PTFA conducts two regular membership meetings each Fall and Spring semester. The first meeting of the Fall ‘26 term is Thursday, September 17 at 11:45 in person at UC 505 and on Zoom. Register here.
Policy Board
The USF PTFA Policy Board meets to discuss union business on the first Tuesday of the month at 9am. Contact officers@usfptfa.org for information on how to attend. See the full list of Policy Board members on the Contact Page.
Executive Committee
The USF PTFA Officers meet weekly to conduct union business. These meetings often deal with sensitive or confidential subjects and are not generally open to members. If you have a pressing issue you would like to present, contact secretary@usfptfa.org.

Committee Meetings
Contract Action Team
PTFA’s Contract Action Team (CAT) works in support of the bargaining team by planning special events and conduct member and community outreach efforts. For Fall 2026, the CAT will specialize on planning public events meant to engage membership and bring members together. Please write officers@usfptfa.org to get involved with the CAT.
USF Workers United
Members of on-campus unions meet bi-weekly to share information about issues facing workers at USF and to figure out ways to work in solidarity.
The group meets every other Tuesday at 9am (monthly during the summer). If you would like to attend a meeting or join the group, contact officers@usfptfa.org.
