Tentative Agreement — (May 5, 2026)

PTFA and university management reached a tentative agreement on a new Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) on May 5, 2026. The agreement was ratified on May 11, 2026 and is now official. Linked is the text of newly added and revised articles. A fully updated CBA document integrating new changes with preexisting articles will be posted during the Summer of 2026.

Collective Bargaining Agreement — (July 1, 2021-June 30, 2026)

The Collective Bargaining Agreement between the USF Administration and the Part Time Faculty Association covers a number of important areas regarding your employment as an adjunct professor. It is important to familiarize yourself with the various areas covered, including pay, course assignments, benefits, seniority, and promotion.

Constitution and By-Laws — (Ratified March 20, 2020 / Amended December 7, 2023)

The Constitution and By-Laws outline the objectives of the Part Time Faculty Association, define members and describe the duties and responsibilities of its officers, policy board, and committees.
