Nominators

If you are nominating an adjunct professor for any of the awards listed below, YOU must notify the nominee (the committee will not notify nominees). It is recommended that nominators inform nominees of your intent to nominate no later than February 28th, to provide them with enough time to compile their supporting materials for submission by the March 25th deadline.  Please compose a letter including the following information, and submit it in pdf to the nominee, so that she/he may include your letter with his/her supporting materials. Nominators may apply on behalf of a nominee, but will then need to submit all required materials for the award themselves. Only one person will be allowed to create an account and submit materials. If you would like to nominate someone, but do not intend to gather all of the supporting materials required for the application, we recommend that you email a pdf of your nomination to the nominee, including the following information:

  • the nominee’s name, email address, telephone number, department, and college

  • why the nominee is deserving in light of the specific award criteria

  • your name(s) and contact information, if you are nominating an adjunct professor

  • self-nominations are accepted
